Congrats!
Surreal feeling, eh?

Congrats!

Little g is now a second grader and little gII is now a kindergartner!

Currently hanging at the cabin. Not sure what it is but hanging out at the lake is so relaxing.

Edit. Currently watching Matlock with my mom. :)
I love Matlock!

That's awesome, congrats to lil.

Congrats!

S'upp y'all

Does this mean lil is now allowed to have sex in the house?!? ;)
No.

Thanks everyone. Big Grad shindig today. Had to go get lil from the post grad thing at 4:30AM. THey had told us 5:15. I think everyone must've been worn out. Lil was still up and rarin' to go. I made him go to bed and now he is dead to the world. :)

It is a beautiful day. The yard and gardens look glorious. Lots of people coming. Realized as I walked around the yard, how surrounded by loving people, from so many parts of his life, lil is. Feeling very, very grateful.

Congrats to him, and congrats to you as well.

We had a post grad overnight thing. It was just some lame gambling inspired games and then a prize give away at the end. I won something decent, but i forget what it was. By decent I mean like a tv, vcr, or something.

They do all sorts of things- hyptnotist, palm reading, old time pictures, sports, swimming, chair massage (cue Monster and mookie, depending who sees this first), food, movies, etc. It is really cool. Practically everyone goes.

Good Morning, Lodge!

I secretly want the Twins game today to be rained out so I can go to a craft store in NE Minneapolis.

Yup, it's been almost 10 years, but I recall they setup lasertag in the basement, amongst other things. Catered in breakfast at 5:30 AM.

Then the week after that, I fell out of bed, went into a seizure at 7 AM, and was carted off to the ICU with viral meningitis. That was some month.

Mornin', Lodge. Fun night at bbdl's place, despite the bonfire getting rained out. Woke up, Jeep wouldn't start. Did some figuring, and tried a heat lamp on the ECM (the computer part of the engine) and after 40 minutes or so, it was dried out, and Jeep started right up. Ugh. Have to go get that fixed. :(

Rainy day all day here, so LWB will probably get her wish. Belmont and hockey on the docket for today, at the Rubette's.

No officially sponsored party for my high school graduation. For my party my dad bought a keg and collected keys from anyone drinking. Times have changed.......

Might be time to start dozens of "Joe Thornton Has Been Traded" threads!
It's Déjà vu all over again.... :D

Jr had a great time in Alex yesterday. They got in practice rounds and he shot well. Went to a car race and loved it.

Good Morning, Lodge!

Instead of spending a small fortune at the craft store, I spent a small fortune at the Twins game. I told Mr. to bring a jacket. He said he did not need one. By the 3rd inning, he was asking to go to the Pro Shop. Found a nice long sleeve shirt for him. Finally, we go to a Twins game and they win!

Frenzy of activity as we prep for the lass' open house. Love it when a plan comes together!
