Good morning Lodge. I forgot the key my suitcase lock. It's one of those TSA locks so I was kind of surprised when this hotel didn't have one. It's pretty swanky. Someone from Engineering had to come to my room with something to cut it off.

Mountain Time Zone is pretty weird.

Seriously, this mortgage refinance is driving me nuts. I've been approved and they're trying to get me to schedule the closing. I got two emails from the layer's office asking about scheduling. Second email was like "sorry to have to ask again! but can you do it on Monday" I emailed her back that I guess she wasn't notified to use my work email address as I don't check my home email address as often as I check my work email, especially when I travel. And the fact that I was traveling was another piece of info she apparently didn't receive even though I told the mortgage broker people several times.

Had the chickens outside in a puppy pen today, they loved it and so did Belle when I had her outside in the front yard. I really should find somebody who knows how to train dogs to herd so I could have her herd the girls around. That could come in handy if they ever get out.

Worked on building the chicken pen so I can have them outside more often. They're getting too big to spend all their time in the water tank.

Got home last night to see a fire truck and several energy company vehicles on the street one over from my house. No power for a good size chunk of the neighborhood and the streetlight nearby (traffic was awful and took an extra 20 minutes to get through). Anyway, wake up this morning, still no powere. When I check the outage map to see if they have an estimate on when it will be restored I see that no longer is it 213 customers affected. Now it is 1 customer affected. :( Why am I the 1 customer?
