This was our first time, we will definitely go back again.

Had a raw tuna cold appetizer that was excellent. I had barramundi with the blue crab crust and thai chili sauce, my fiance had scallops crusted in andouille sausage. Then we had some **** good baked alaska for desert.

i thought i was getting away from the morons when i left Saginaw. today, we got a call at work that one of our flamingos was out, walking along a major street. we counted the flamingos (and peacocks, just to be safe), everyone accounted for. turns out, it was a wild turkey. i appreciate people trying to help us out, but seriously, elementary kids know the difference between a turkey and a flamingo.

Dafuq??? Wild Turkeys are all black to a dark brown coloring. Flamingos are pink to white, depending on their diets.

i'm definitely one of those *******s that vacuum at 9 or 10 at night. i don't have a dishwasher or washing maching/dryer, though, so, my neighbors can deal with the 10 minutes it takes for me to clean my whole apartment.

Morning Lodge.

I'm going with a drunk college kid who doesn't even know what team he's supposed to cheer for making that call.

King George won the big one last night. Anyone who thinks he doesn't deserve it can lick my sack.

How did I make it into round 3. I never make it past the 1st round. I post less and make it farther. (not that this is something to be proud of.)

It's all that trolling you've been doing in the political threads....

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #173: (Insert Title)

heh. I abstain from looking at those. Too aggravating. :p

I have never understood why people post on a hockey board about politics. It's not like one is going to convince anyone else to change their mind. :)

Ahhh, I can't look at the GoT thread, but I so want to. We DVR'd it last night, so we could go out to eat instead, and are planning on watching it tonight. I even bought a bomber of Ommegang's Game of Thrones: Fire and Blood to drink during the premier!

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #173: (Insert Title)

I can't wait until people shut up about Game Of Thrones.

Oh, hi, bbdl. :p

I hope this week goes fast.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #173: (Insert Title)

Mornin' y'all. Tired today. Huge next three days for me, and then things settle down for a bit again. Thursday is one of my favorite days of the year; I'm extremely excited.

It sounds like we may open our course Friday as well.. Our groundskeeping staff has been doing a tremendous job, and warm, drier weather is in our immediate forecast.:)

Morning, Lodj. Back from a week in L.A. (Nice little town. FYI if you're there and somebody asks about going to Mario Batali's pizza place, say yes.)

I wonder if anything's changed while I was away . . .
The guy next door to me weedwacks at 6:45 AM and snowblows at 11PM
today, we got a call at work that one of our flamingos was out . . . turns out, it was a wild turkey.

Nope, sounds about right. :D
