$37 is still outrageous. I just can't believe the economies are THAT drastic in difference for this sort of thing. I mean, for a regular season SRO ticket for MN Gophers, it's $30, and that's one of the highest in hockey (if not the highest, I'm not sure). To pay MORE than that just to park??

Hopefully the old fogies from Houghton that complained about the parking price increase to $5 take their heart meds before going to the Frozen 4. :p

Good Morning Lodge.

Congrats to BU on the BP, and thanks for improving the Gophers' standing from 11 to 10 in the PWR.

Actually, that might have been BC that did that. Not a PW expert by any stretch. Just know they were tied for 10 and loosing the tie breaker and now clean #10.

I'm no expert either, but I'd think it was BC winning that helped the Gophers. I think the Gophers would have been better off if Northeastern won, since the higher Northeastern gets, the less the loss to them hurts the RPI.

It is if you choose to park in the garage under the Garden. Or the one across the street. There are a few others close by that are less. I parked there because it was freezing last night and I didn't want to walk in the cold. Depending on where you're staying, you could cab it or take the T. Maybe they'll have their **** together by then. Though if this morning is any indication, they may not.

And mookie-I actually watched a good portion of the game. :) So happy they won! I would imagine someone who wasn't rooting for either school would've thought think that was a pretty entertaining game. The first period had some crazy action.

Long work day ahead. It's Tuesday. I'm feeling a little icky. It's bone-chilling cold. And I have a smile on my face. :D

Having never been to Boston, if the Mavericks punch my ticket, I'm going to need a little help to make sure I have things squared away.:o

Mav, we found reasonably priced rooms at the Fairfield Inn in Cambridge. Brand new, pretty close to the arena, full cancellation policy.

I also had an email from Coach Hastings today thanking me for my support as a season ticket holder and asking me to bring the noise this weekend for a crucial series. The community aspect Coach Hastings has brought here is unbelievable. I saw on twitter he was at the X last night to support the Mankato Peewee A team as they played Edina. No kid on the team or anything, but he understands that as a community it starts from the top down.

Was MSU just that far behind other places? Or is this somewhat unique?

I can't speak to other teams, but Motzko does a lot of that type of stuff at SCSU and the St. Cloud area. Where did Hastings have a long tenure as an asst. coach? Hmm....

Just let me know - I'm happy to answer any questions for you.

Can you stop by the construction trailer and really grill the job superintendent to make sure they are on schedule? Those guys in the front office don't have a clue.
