What kind of planning? Which major do you want for 1-yr before you change your mind? Which schools have the best male-to-female ratios?

My guide to college to picking:
- scholarship offers
- my major / areas of interest
- things to do in town/city
- weather
- cost

:D

His needs to be

Everything else.

We're planning on him paying for first two years, then we'll take over. Right now he's planning on a seven year program. Not sure how long that idea will last! PT is his goal.

Isn't UND a big school for PT? You aren't letting him go there I assume?

And wasn't it just a part of Indiana, not the whole state? I seem to remember an episode of The West Wing that had a scene about the time difference.
There's a pocket of Indiana that kept itself right in between the two timezones, so if it is 12:00 ET, it's 11:30 in that small region and 11:00 CT.

Mornin' y'all. Sleeting enough just to make a nuisance and a small racket on the window. A very dreary Tuesday. Big game tonight here in Mankato, we host #13 St. Cloud Cathedral. Should be a good test right before playoffs.

jr. would love the Forks:)

He's actually leaning towards the Beavers for undergrad. No PT there, but the undergrad can be anything related. They have trap team, you can rent a gun locker on campus and it's cheap. Beautiful campus too, just a bit chilly.

I'm a good enough parent that he'd never consider UND or UW. We did visit Marquette, but he'd never get into their PT.

Gun locker on campus? At Tech we kept them under the beds in the dorms, or in the backseat of the car/truck...

You should see the M-F ratio in the PT programs. Lots of cute, fit young women studying for that specialty.

The place I went for PT on my shoulder was all women, and they were all in shape. There was one woman there that made it very difficult to keep myself from staring. That was one of the problems with the economics program at SCSU, there were 21 of us graduating that term and only three were women.

And my dad was able to go hunting before high school and bring his gun to school with him. That was then, this is now.

I still can't believe I was heading to Madison had my junior hockey "career" ended a little sooner.

So you're saying that the UNDies weren't even your second choice? Keep pimping that school, though...
