It would have to take more than a nuclear meltdown to get me to move to the *HT. Where has this team been!? For once they can actually shoot past the point.

wT, good luck drinking all the alcohol in Wisconsin. I had a head start earlier today before heading back to Minnesota.

My team pi**ed away a 4-1 lead against Pedo State.


Forget the *HT, I'm going to just sit over here in the lobby next to the calendar, counting down the days until pitchers and catchers report.

You are dam lucky you are not within my reach right now. Congrats on your FIRST WIN EVER at the X. Know your place. You sound like a friggin' Union/Yale fan. Maybe even an SCSU fan. "Give us respect! We're somebody!" :rolleyes:

See now you're one of the ones I care about! Seriously though, that was a big win to prove we're no fluke. The buzz saw just kept rolling even after giving up a couple of goals.

Really, I was just fed up with the lack of respect the Mavs got all week on KFAN and in the metro, so a decisive win where it was clear we were the better team really had me fired up.:)

BTW, seeing a couple of Maverick Season Ticket Holders here wearing maroon and gold made this win more gratifying.

People like to say that there's not a bad seat in the house at the Xcel Center. Bull **** - B as in B, S as in S. Near the boards in the corners are horrible there. The glass completely obscures about 30% of the rink because it's so warped. My brother and I ended up going upstairs where there were entire sections still empty. Now when you get to the top of the arena, that's where you can't find a bad seat. Screw the lower bowl at that rink.

My general rule with rinks is Row 10 or higher if in the lower bowl (or so). Just above the glass, can always see everything.

Row 1 in the corner is a good view.
