We have Menards?

Oops! :o

She's working part time at a Wegmans.

The names are quite similar (at least to someone who knows almost nothing about either). Both have seven letters including A, E, M, N, and S. The M and W at the start are just inverted and ... ;)

Good morning Lodge. Beautiful morning here after a total washout of a day yesterday. I did absolutely nothing. ********* guys that live two floors above me had people over and were being really loud. I sleep with my bedroom open and could hear them. After some particularly loud screaming about 1:15am I went up there but didn't do anything. Came down to my place to write a note to tape on their door but by the time I got back to my place, someone else must've complained because it stopped and I could see/hear the guests leaving.

I was going to write a note and go up there about 7am, bang on their door loudly and run away and have the note say "Oh sorry, did I wake you? Now you know how it feels." But I slept too late. :) One of the association trustees lives on their floor so I hope he went down and knocked. You could hear them all the way down the floor. And down two floors.

Couple good days at the lake (and hopefully one more) - family, food, and friends & just a little sunburned.
Hope the wind dies down tomorrow so we can ski, just a little too choppy the past couple days.

Gonna be hot and humid down here. You could feel it setting in today. I actually turned on my A/C. For those who have been to Chez Rube...that is a rarity.

We have an old house (99 years old) and have one window unit we put in our bedroom. Haven't even considered putting it in this year and unless we get a real hot stretch soon I don't suspect we actually will.

Yeah, that's the way I roll, too. Pretty much 90s and 70+ dew point before I think about it.

Our house is cool in the winter and it's cool in the Summer.

Even though it was a tad bit warm for a fire we decided to have one anyway this evening. Decided it was time to burn our 10' Xmas tree. The tree was orange and bone dry. I swear the flames reached 30'. It was quick but pretty awesome.
