Had a fun night here in Dallas with my co-worker, the tour director and event company guys at every stop and Chad Hedrick, the Olympian we were supposed to have at our employee event tomorrow. He was stuck here, too. They got him on a flight tomorrow to Houston but who knows if he'll get out. That said, it's just raining here now. Harder than when we got home from dinner, but that's it. If I don't see 1/4" of ice tomorrow I'm going to be so annoyed.
We drove to a supermarket and picked up some snacks (water, chips, etc) mad when we got back from dinner, we got up to the concierge lounge to hang out, watched the Texans game, because Chad's from Houston. They had some board games up there so we played the Logo Game. Was doing well then missed a couple of answers and lost. Boo. So, what started out as a crap day actually ended up being kinda fun.
Nothing to do tomorrow. We may go to a movie. I'll be checking emails but there's not much I can do from here. I really hope we didn't screw ourselves by changing our flight to Saturday. Not sure what will happen with this storm and my fear is it will go into Saturday and that flight will be cancelled and our original Sunday afternoon flight will be fine and they can't get us back on that flight and we'll be here till Tuesday or something. If I get back in time on my Saturday flight I may be able to go to the BU game.
