Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #170: Fair Weather

IIRC the first time I met Scarlet was at Patrick McGovern's & she was complaining Cah Pahks in St. Paul were called gahages.

That still makes me laugh.

First time I met Scarlet she was yelling at the bartender at Pat's Pub in Denver about martinis.
First time I met Scarlet, I didn't know I met Scarlet. The next time I saw her, she yelled at me for it. Never made that mistake again. :p :D

First time I met Scarlet, I didn't know I met Scarlet.
I went out during the 1st intermission in Pittsburgh with the express intention of meeting Scarlet. I walked the entire concourse one way and then back the other. I was 2 sections away from my seat and about to give up the hunt when I spotted her holding court with a throng of followers (mookie and others I don't remember). I walked up and introduced myself. I wouldn't have been able to live with myself if I hadn't met the infamous Scarlet. ;)

Good morning to tLodge! ;)

I met Scarlet at the Frozen Four in Pittsburgh.

Of course, I met mookie a couple of years ago, so maybe it's three! :p :D

I met Bostonewe, Quizmire, Scarlet, and wT at the FF in DC. I think that is all. (I also met four female RPI posters at RPI, but not being Lodge members, I assume that they don't count here.)

Sigh :)

No, I was complaining that garages were called ramps. Makes no sense!! Garages have ramps in them.

And Hammer, yes. You will see me there.

We need to figure out where. They don't let us meet outside between periods anymore.

Thank you. I didn't know about the result until I came in here. Last I knew it was 2-2 thru 2. *shrug*

HHT. It took OT, but a win is a win. Had a great trip to New England. Spent the morning in Maine at a trolley museum. Thought that Winger and BPH would love that place (IIRC they are both transit nerds)
