But that's what Spring smells like, City Girl! :D

Seriously though!;)

Morning all! For once this spring we missed the snow!

Last day of classes here. By Tuesday at noon, I will be fully into summer mode, where work and enjoying time with family friends becomes my life. I'm excited.:)

I got to use Brent's Merica! statement in work today. A young EE sent me gas requirements for a generator I'm kPa. I told him we were not in Canada or Europe and didn't do no kPa here in - dam phone won't let me type it. Not sure how it let the first time.

Morning Lodge, had to shave my beard completely off last night for the first time in at least 4 years...very weird feeling. I'm heading to a job site in Missouri where I'm going to have to wear a respirator, not looking forward to that but it sounds like I won't have to do much of it...still, almost my least favorite part of this job.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #166; And Now On To....

When I was pretty young (maybe 7 or 8), we got 6-8" of snow, on freakin' Mother's Day.

Of course, I brought the golf clubs out and played "hit the ball and go digging to find it." Just to show Mother Nature how silly her antics were.

I think I've seen snow in every month but August. I think it was 1997 we had consistent snow in May.

Two hours and nine minutes again, at least your phone's consistent.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #166; And Now On To....

Update: I got into work this morning and made it clear that I am not going to do anything until my current stack is caught up. People surprisingly backed off. Especially when you see Mt. invoices to be filed at my desk.

The rare 3 barrel shotgun/rifle that I want to buy is quickly getting bid out of my price range. I thought I'd be able to get a deal on it, but it seems enough other bidders realize the value of this gun. :(

Nothing brings out the stupidity in humanity like a reply all to a mailing list.

That's what CAD drawings and steel 3D printers are for. ;)

Drive by.....greetings all. I need a beverage. It's Holy Thursday, though. I think I'll just have wine.
