Free cake and a bar burger kind of night here. Some old coot is having his 60th here at the bar, and the party brought cake for everybody.

However, they did cook the bacon for my burger too crispy. Burger bacon should be just pliable enough to allow for maximum burger coverage.

It loaded, but the first update or two was so far behind compared to last year, I abandoned it.

No, it's all good. I got to work a ACHA game that wound up 11-2 on the good side, so between that and what we did last year, I'm fine.

Nope. Goal judge tonight. 8 of the 13 goals tonight were on my end, all of them ours.

HHT! HBT! Back home tomorrow morning, love non-stop jet blue flights, except it is out of Laguardia. However, I should still be in my driveway by around 11.

HHT last night.

Feel a cold trying to come on, hope I can hold it off with zinc and vitamins, dodged the last bullet when jr and Mrs. both got one.

Jr and I need to do some serious clean-up around here so Mrs goldy isn't too upset when she returns from PA tonight.

Wow, the HHT is a little messy. People got a bit rowdy last night....

Gotta get some things done around Chez Rube before any guests arrive for hockey night, other than that, looks like a day of college football and maybe some triathalon.

I was sitting at the * hockey table, but I moved to a more neutral one after I saw some of the other scores. The season's young yet.
