You have a big meeting that goes well and your first thought is about getting free booze? Your 'Sconny roots are showing again. :p

When they said who their accounts were...
Macallan, Mike's Hard Lemonade, MillerCoors, and a couple top shelf boozes. Then, yes.

To make things even better, they are located above a wine market. That is how I knew where they were located. :D

I will crawl into work today... Just a matter when... I'm tired

Morning. Just got done with a run here. The neighbors kids were outside screwing around and they got to picking on me, calling me a big monkey while I was walking my cool down. Finally I had enough of it and picked one of them up, watched the other 2 scatter. Dragged him up the drive a bit, and threaten him with putting him to work out in the barn. Mom being sensible pointed out that we would have to get him shoes first, so I should just let him go.

Just had my annual physical. Apparently I'm healthy but need to lose weight. And I got a prescription for Imitrex for my headaches. We'll see if that works. Got a tetanus shot, too. And had blood work so I can see what my cholesterol levels are. I wish I took this day off like I planned as it's a beautiful pool type of day.

Crap I need a tetanus shot. Last one was eleven years ago.
Plan on stepping on rusty nails?

I haven't had that shot since 1995.

In other news, my refrigerator/freezer appears to be MNS'ing.

Waiting for the repair person to show up in one of those dreaded four hour appointment windows. Since the window ends at noon, I'm guessing I have scarlet's luck on this type of ****.

Of course, it'd probably be more cost effective to just buy a new fridge/freezer, but the earliest any store will deliver one is a week from now. Somehow I don't think it's a good idea to fill a cooler with ice and store a bunch of food in it for that length of time.

If I didn't have a cold this wouldn't be an issue... Lowell has a (graduated) player in the Caps dev camp... rookie scrimmage is tomorrow at 10AM. The problem is the event gets super-OMG-OMG crowded. The rink seats 1,200 or so... there's usually something like 3,000 people in there.

I was there this morning. It was more crowded than last year during the week. As you wrote, Saturday is always a zoo.

Go to a place like Menard's that sells appliances, pay the extra $20 to rent the pickup truck they offer, and take it home yourself. It's not a big deal. Or grab a buddy with a truck and buy him a pizza for the help.

Be the solution. :D

There are some real dipsh*ts in our fanbase. The fallout from PSU football is not bringing the old WCHA back. Time to clean the sand out and move on.
