Howdy Loj.

For you Twin Cities folk, we just got back from a fantastic, not too expensive dinner at Erte, in Northeast. Tasty Manhattans, and a fantastic steak. I mean FANTASTIC. And at $18, how can you beat it?

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #152: Next to get married?

This is too late, and it's probably a little too warm to drink porter anyway, but I'd pit their "Edmund Fitzgerald" against any other dark beer in the US and probably pick it 8.5 times out of 10.

I WAS eyeing that quite a bit, I thought I remembered one of y'all speaking good about it. I mean, me being a mariner, having an Edmund Fitzgerald would fit nicely, but I wasn't really in a porter mood. I'll definitely keep that in mind though if I ever see it again.

****ing cold... can't sleep... slight pressure on my head/headache. I've been out since Tuesday... Thursday was officially telework and Monday I have a job interview. I really need to be in on Friday.

Thanks for reminding me. We should go back, maybe next week, like Tuesday night. We went to Erte (don't know how to do the little symbol over the second "e") a while back and liked it a lot but haven't made it back.

bb, you could go to the New Hope rink this weekend and watch the tryouts for the high school elite league. Elite League

Meeting went really well today. Working on several big projects. Hoping to get free booze from it.

You have a big meeting that goes well and your first thought is about getting free booze? Your 'Sconny roots are showing again. :p
