Loving the townie bars and diners here in COS. Sampled some great food and local brews.

Old English pub. As in actual old English pub, disassembled and shipped to C-Springs piece by piece. Complete with yards of ale.

They have bee stickers that they toss at people as keepsakes. They also have a pianist sometimes.

I found a bottle of Lagavulin 16 at the local booze store, its a very nice Islay whisky. Also picked up some bottles of good beer.

Anyone want to go to Johnny Holm tonight?

Nice knowing hockey season for the next 7 months. I've got the gasoline at the ready, shiz is gonna burn tonight.

Man, that ice arena in Richfield (MN) is something! Big gift shop, and nice (relatively speaking) concession stand, two rinks -- one of which seats 1,800 :eek: -- pretty impressive.

Our mite team got a good lesson in what it's like to play against somebody who actually skates hard after the puck. :o

I didn't think that was that nice of a rink when i was there. Come up north one time, we have the mother of all facilities in Blaine.

HHT :D and Scarlet will need a rather large Martini over at the *HT. Chickens on the other hand will be ecstatic.

It was a long day at the arena. HHT for tonight. Tomorrow may be another matter.

It feels a lot later than 9:40.

If the results of three specific WCHA games go my way tonight, pitchers at the HHT are on me.

If any one of them misses, hide the puppies.
