OK, what was President O**m* speaking about that caused me to have to carry my bike up a lengthy flight of stairs?

The need for America to tighten their belts, exercise more restraint, and to trim their own fat. ;)

Good morning, Lodge! Today is blizzardy in Colorado.

I actually thought of something good about the Big Ten Hockey Conference. Am I allowed to post that?

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 139: The Halloween Edition

I've been thinking about getting a tablet of some kind and just got a groupon offer of a Toshiba 16G Wi-Fi for $299. I'm sorely tempted....

ETA: SOH, the Gophers can often beat OSU in baseball, usually beat PSU in baseall and often in bouncyball.

Brent, they posted more pictures from Saturday night on Facebook, the pic with the 2 of us in there. Along with one other pic of my costume, but still none of the costume contest.
more importantly, there is now a picture of the "censored" girls :)

Apparently the stalker can't make the game now. Dodging a bullet? :p
She coaches high school volleyball, and her team advanced in the section tournament last night, next game on Thursday night. To make sure she wasn't bull****ting me, I checked out the story, and looked at section brackets, and its all matches up. Apparently they thought that the game would be Saturday, or something, instead of Thursday.

wait, who's the stalker?;)

Evening, Lodge. Six weeks into taking Skills 1 over again, and things are decidedly looking up. :)

Yeah but forklift jockey would be just as whipped as you would be trying to squeeze footballs for a hour while in a pushup position. :p

Notsomuch. And I'll be in better shape coming up, since it's Ice Melt season! 50lb boxes that are 1'x1'x1.5' in dimension. 99% of the time, they must be handloaded from the shelf to the pallet that one uses for the order (40 per pallet, most orders are for 5-6 at a time). I think the most I've done of just those in a day is around 150-200.

Edit: I see they also have a pic of our bartender (our main one, anyways).

Keep moving tape! :)

Question for Boston folk - if we head there in mid September we'd stay in town for a few days then either head to the Cape/Martha's Vineyard/Nantucket or up into Vermont/New Hampshire for a few days before flying home. Not having done either what should we do? I'm thinking the timing is kind of good, after labor day for the cape and before the fall peak for NH/VT.

Where I mainly work now, I don't deal with tape. I deal with paper products, motors, ice melt, and fans/circulators/AC units/heaters. The big bulky heavy stuff. :p

Peak is done for the whole area as far as the leaf peepers go. Lots of destruction from the last storm. NH probably has more to do at this time of yr. I think the Cape kind of rolls up the carpet. If you decide to go the Nantucket route I have a friend there who could give an opinion.
