I love reading about lil' g! That is SOOOOOO awesome!!!!! So good to hear!

I'm sick and have three tests this week...three days to go...let's do this!

i'll probably get a guitar this weekend but I hear you... also doesn't help that the effects are kinda strange... between stewing and the meds... i just hope things get straight in good time... every day is a different challenge.

So, Zac Brown is at the Target Center on November 20th. Upper deck tickets are still available, but if I go I want floor GA tickets...anyone else want to go?

They're on Stubhub for $124, so that is obviously overpriced, but it'll be tough to get 'em now.

He's really just sitting on his tailgate, in a parking lot, playing guitar and singing for whatever crowd shows up. And this is after he had "made it" fairly big time.

Fwiw Mrs. g and myself decided to put little g in pre school one more year. We are thinking he would have done ok if he went to kindergarten. One more year of pre school won't hurt. Academically he is at or above his peers. In fact, he is very close to reading. Not to shabby for a kid who was assumed to be practically brain dead shortly after birth.

Fwiw II. Little g has his first game this weekend. MN special hockey has started a league in our town. Little g may in fact be able to skate with no assistance by the end of the season.

Quite, quite tempting. And, now that I write the schedule, it's less likely I'll get screwed over this time around and actually be able to go.

Depending on how the next few weeks go, I may be looking for a couple to go with. I'm guessing Flashy wouldn't be interested in ZBB...?

Probably not, honestly. Not that he minds them, I just don't think he'd want to make that trip/pay that much to see a band he doesn't care that much about.

That's understandable, considering how much the tickets are going for. I'm not all too excited about spending that much money, especially when I've already seen them once this year.

There's also a Brantley Gilbert show at Mystake Lake coming up in November, along with several others. Since the last BG show was really good, and I am really liking his CD I'm hoping to go to that one.
