No. No its not.

When can I go drinking?
Mornin' **** college hockey.

And on top of the hockey ****, my dog is sick for her fourth day, she hasn't eaten. She's 9 and a half years old, so I'm fairly worried. She just kind of lays there. She went out to pee, peed and then sat down in the grass. No energy.:(

Even though Gonzo hasn't been around these parts much lately, I just felt the need to say I'm doing time in the Penalty Box this afternoon.

Afternoon, Lodge. (eastern bias)

Looking forward to a weekend at home.

What a day. Some drama occurred. Not going to bore you with it, other than to say I was aware of the issue that caused the drama but did not share with folks here as I thought it was so inconsequential that it did not need to be shared. In hindsight, I should have mentioned it, though it really wouldn't have made any difference, other than knowing the issue so they were prepared. My fear is that this might have a repercussion or two on my performance review. It's kind of bothering me. I need a drink.

Driving to a buddy's cabin under construction in Cumberland, WI for the day tomorrow. Upside is getting to see his progress and getting to fish a little. Downsides are more time in the car again and my back has had enough of that crap and probably helping build a patio which will also hurt my back.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

In what has been a couple days with only bad news, I finally got some good news. I just got a 5% raise today. :)

edit: scratch that, I read the letter wrong, it is actually a 7.5% raise. Holy ****.

With as much offensivness as possible. I hope the entire cities of Denver and Grand Forks are completey destroyed by a natural disaster. Flattened. These people don't deserve to have a place to live.
To be fair, no one in Denver really cares about DU so I wouldn't go that far with Denver...all of north Dakota on the other hand...

I talked to a BC fan earlier today that I respect and he basically told me to go **** myself, "Michigan tech hasn't been relevant, this doesn't really change anything"

Why am I not at all surprised by this?

I've posted more in the D-1 thread the last two days than I have the last month or so. The next five years in college hockey should be interesting.

Goldy, shh. I won't get caught!;)

Niiiiice.

I didn't get a raise today (or my job back, thanks state legislature ), but I did find $40 in a birthday card from when I was still at Tech. Guess I should clean more often. :)

Good evening Lodge.

I am pretty bummed with the recent news coming out of the D1 side of things. The only good thing coming out of this is that I get to look forward to BSU kicking the shiat out of Mankato and sccc 6 times a season and once again regaining perennial powerhouse status. ;):D:p

I can't wait for the Mavs to finally finish in the top of the conference..ahead of BSU;) I'm still mad, but whatever. Once the dust settles, we're all gonna have to deal with it and make the best of what we've got.
