Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 135: Rain, rain go away

Got an interesting rep. It reads: Spreading--Ralph. It's signed by Uncle Ray.

I think Ray got a head start on the Memorial Day Weekend maragritas. Smart man.:D

I plan to follow his lead beginning tomorrow at five-oh-one local time.

Due to the past week (so far) at work, I would like to start at about 9:31am tomorrow, but unfortunately that can't happen.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 135: Rain, rain go away

I know, we should do something about that.....

no plans for the weekend... I know somebody who is having a back to the future trilogy party... maybe I'll do that... other part of me just wants to decompress from the week and get a leg up on figuring what I want to do next and stuff. I can't wait until I'm done this project and I"m in a situation where I can go back to working on weight loss.
If you're in the area, I'm playing in Lynn with my generic radio rock cover band at O'Briens on Saturday night. Free!

Hmm, yes, quite.

Apparently someone else started early, too.

And those went out to make a few people laugh. Glad it worked.

Morning Lodge.

I got two reps last night ~2.5 hours apart both saying "Spreading - Ralph". I guess Unca Ray was busy last night.

It had to be 2 different people. You must rep 19 other people before you can rep the same person again, and you're only allowed 15 reps in a 24-hour period.

Hence why I said Uncle Ray was busy, not Ralph.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 135: Rain, rain go away

Although the calendar says otherwise, I've always thought of Memorial Day Weekend as being the start of summer. Lots of people fire up their outdoor grills. There's plenty of activity in the parks throughout Denver. Our neighborhood has its annual street festival with lots of vendors, food carts, live music and play areas for kids. The Bolder Boulder attracts more than fifty-thousand runners for its 10K Memorial Day event. The leaves on the trees are well on their way to being fully developed and the grass is greener everywhere you look. Frankly, I'm ready for warmer, drier weather after the unusually damp [for Denver] spring season we've had. My wife and I will head to a few graduation parties in celebration of kids having made it through high-school or college. We have a reservation for dinner one night at a favorite restaurant at which we can hear a terrific jazz trio play while we dine. I'm looking forward to the start of summer.

I hope everyone enjoys the coming three day holiday weekend.

Why wait for the math thread when we can do that here? That blueberry slice I had the other night was great. :D

Good Morning Lodge!
Mmmm..... Pie!!

Yo!! Chef Shirtless Bob!! How about some pumpkin pie over here?

got up and got a run in, probably about 2 miles today I put in. Probably should run over to the bank soon and drop off some of my tip money in there, so I can pay some bills.

one was real; one was Memorex. ;)

Just for the record, it's 20 other people between two Reps to the same person. Rep someone, rep 20 others, rep the first again. :) The other numbers are correct, although it was different before last October (16 hour period).
