blah. If I could only do the interesting work that I do when I'm on the road, but do it when I'm at home, and working at my office instead of in places like Grand Forks and Green Bay, that would be perfect.

Yea, your job is never sending you to Maui, always crappy places.

8 of the next 10 days we have a 40% chance of rain or higher. I can't wait to be in Texa$. Rain makes me miserable, the heat will just irritate me. 2 weeks until I'm starting a new chapter!

All in all, she held up well. Slightly slower pace (1/2 mph) than what I've been doing, but that's acceptable since we covered just over 24 miles.

At this rate, we may end up doing a century ride (although my schedule would make training for that difficult to say the least; I'm pretty much capped at about 25-30 miles on work days and would definitely have to burn vacation time as the rides top 60 miles in the final ~3 weeks leading to a 100 miler).

Grades are finally in for this semester and despite my fears about how I performed on one of my finals, my grade in that class makes it appear that those fears were unfounded.

Boy, it was hard to come back to the office today. Went to bb_dl's favorite bar for lunch, had a very nice and very cute young waitress for our table and it was glorious out on the patio.

I also failed to notice that the poll was nearing an end...

ETA: Can't believe I closed another thread, that never used to happen and I've done it a few times of late.

Did you tell her that you know me? I'm kind of a big deal around those parts.

A title of "April Flurries bring May Showers" would make more sense to us Midwestern types.

Yes, I know it doesn't rhyme.
