Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 128: The Search for Wenches

Morning hockey in beautiful Tewksbury MA..... A table at an ihop down the street is calling my name..... Only another 80 minutes!

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 128: The Search for Wenches

Sliding into the usual chair, chocolate milk in hand. Worse because it looked like they might be OK for awhile. Oh well.

We both know they were never really in it... they played well, but its tough to watch when you know they aren't really a scoring threat.

that sounds great right about now.

The 'hot hockey mom' level is rather low. Not helped by the fact that many grandma's are up visiting. Maybe one out of 50 here. And she is only pulling down the 'best of litter' award.

..... Hmm concentrate on ihop. Focus

Good morning, Lodge. Definitely making French toast and bacon for dinner tonight, candied bacon tomorrow night, and something else with bacon later in the week. The way I'm feeling lately, I feel like I'm gonna live forever.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 128: The Search for Wenches

Last night I could have sworn I saw a post from MNS after my post to Brent. Then I went back and it was gone. This morning I had a good morning post all typed up and hit Submit Reply and it took me to the Fan Forum page. Weird. The previous post showed up. Let's see if this does.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 128: The Search for Wenches

anybody who is going to the FF planning on getting opening day tickets via stubhub or whatnot?
I've already got my tickets lined up. :)

I'm planning buying off the street, frankly. Taking a chance, sure, but from the stories I've heard in the past, I should be able to get them cheaper than face value. Of course, if it's somehow MN-UND/WI in the final, that goes out the window, but I wouldn't care, since it would be worth just about any price to me.
Uhh... you do realize that he said opening day, meaning Twins tickets, right?

I've got quite a bit going on F4 weekend: Hockey, Drinking, Baseball, Bachelorette Party, Hockey, Drinking, Bridal Shower.
Can. Not. Wait. :)

Good morning lodge.

I feel like **** this morning and I didn't even drink much last night. I hate it when it works out like this.

I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt... :D. I saw groups available on stubhub for 80. I'd prefer to get a group together if anyone was interested. Or it may be interesting to stand on the sidewalks with Brent. Who's to judge! ;)

I thought that might have been the case, but didn't know for sure.

And given the MN game last night, I wasn't exactly thinking straight.

No, not at all. I went to about 4 Ferris hoops games as a student. To say that I don't follow the program is like saying a fat kid doesn't eat salad.

On the contrary. They played the beagles tough last time and the beagles looked pretty ragged (how many turnovers is it possible to not convert on in front of the net? answer- all of them) so all things are possible when the glass is half full.

I've seen a lot of fat people eat salad. It was usually mostly ranch with a side of salad, but I've seen em eat a salad.:p
