Good afternoon Lodge.

Today is my Friday. In fact the last time I actually worked on a Friday was back in September. Having to burn through vacation is a good problem to have. For the remainder of the year I will be on vacation more than at work.

No big plans in store for tomorrow. I do plan on picking up little gI and little gII early from daycare and taking them out to lunch though.

Afternoon lodge. Stupid Wells Fargo only offered me a 4.125% 30-year fixed and a 4.29% APR. Please... Let's get that down about an eighth to a quarter point and then we'll talk seriously.

Hey Boston folks. My AIC tribute band Nutshell is playing the Cask & Flagon next Friday (a week from tomorrow). We're going on at 10:30 or 11 and playing for... awhile. I don't know who's opening.

I wouldn't rule that out...if Philly and Pittsburgh are successful...if Air Force or even Arizona's club team was willing to host it...and OMG shenanigans. I can see a bunch of us around a craps table yelling ONTONAGON while Scarlet is drinking a martini yelling at someone about how BU is > BC while GLM hits on a cocktail waitress and gets somewhere, MNS tries the same tactic and gets nowhere.

Just imagine the possibilities. :)

All I can say is that I'm very happy that the Denver FF was not in Las Vegas! :eek: :eek: Now that I've become slightly more mature and settled down, I think things would be not nearly as disastrous. Though my wallet and liver would probably still have strokes ( on booze: spent 400$+ (in one night) in DC and 250$+ in Denver).

I believe that was over 3 nights+ between game drinking + breakfast on Thursday morning when we started our day at the Wynkoop Brewery with a flight of beers and some shepherd's pie.
DC - 400+ was Saturday only. Spent additional money on Saturday morning (Irish coffee + breakfast). Drank elsewhere on Thursday & Friday.

The weather guessers went oh-fer-two here in Denver today. Earlier in the week their forecasts concerning today had called for two to five inches of snow. That was subsequently changed to one to four inches. Guess again chumps. We haven't seen a single flurrie in my hood today. I hope the ski counties got hit hard.;)

she would never do this when the possibilities exist of someone hearing her! there is no being on earth as superstitious as she. BC will ALWAYS be better than BU. BU is lucky to stay within four goals of the igles.

I dunno, I can see a group of us dragging her away and out onto the strip...then I can see a bunch of us getting kicked out of various casinos for various reasons. Brent and I know how to class Vegas up!

I drank a fair amount that night, but definitely not to that degree. Maybe 10 Guinness? Hard to remember. Bought beer for a few other folks as well.
