I'm at the same table as Greyeagle.:eek:

Peewee hockey got under way this AM - kinda. First scrimmage against Minneapolis Storm team. 7-0 for the cake eaters. My kid got our team's first penalty of the season - actually a bad call, not that it matters. He also scored a goal when he wasn't supposed to.:o Coach had told them to stop scoring since it was 6-0 and running time. Kid had a clear shot so threw one right at the goalie, but defenseman got in the way and deflected it past the goalie, oops all the way around. First real game Tuesday. I'll have to go vote before work since I won't have time afterward.

What the hell is a user id? And it's not private if you are friends with someone who can see your wall and post on it and that person doesn't have the same privacy settings in place, right? I am so confused. Seriously, I woke up at 8am and had friend requests. 8am!! On a Sunday!!! Do people ever stay away from it?

Not really. Other than USCHO and my email, FB is the only site I check regularly. My dad definitely can't stay away from it; he comes home from work and goes right to FB...

Will do. I actually thought we got away with a MUCH worse CFB penalty earlier but the one on T was pretty bogus. Only penalty of the game too.

Got the smoker all put together now. Now just gotta get some charcoal for it and then figure out what I wanna cook in it first.

There's a couple posters I'd love to stuff into that smoker. Better yet, straight on to a bonfire.

I've got less than one hour to go buy Halloween candy and fill a couple small holes in the front yard. I'll be back in a few hours.

User ID/name/whatever you want to call it. Obviously I'm Brent Hoven on there. And I don't know about the privacy thing. But I don't really post anything crazy on people's walls (or my own) either.

My buddy who couldn't hold his alcohol cost me a chance at one of the better looking girls at the bar last night. This is proof that God hates me.

I think I just spent about $30 in Hersheys chocolates and miniatures.

I cheated. I got the mower out and sucked up all the leaves in the yard. I think I have the holes filled in. If I get sued on Tuesday because a kid snapped an ankle I'll know I missed one.

Grilled chicken breasts using the dry rub I use for pulled pork & hashbrowns for dinner. Yum.

Butternut squash and Granny Smith apple homemade soup and three grain baguette for dinner this evening. Fresh sliced oranges and Cowboy cookies for dessert. Happy Halloween, LODGEONIANS!

Yum indeed.

Beef heart stew with carrots, celery, onions, potatoes, turnips, and green beans for dinner, and it was delicious.
