I've tried stuff from Italy, France, and many of the American varieties, and nothing. Few cheap ones, too, for the record. Blecch.
No problem with the people who like wine, but not for me.
There's a time and place for wine. I was never a fan at all until somewhat recently, and still my tastes are pretty narrow. Riesling is an excellent variety, one often overlooked. Goes great with fish/seafood.
However, I'm still a whisk(e)y man.
