My grandmother lives in a part of Saginaw, MI that is rapidly becoming pretty nasty. We've tried to get her out, but she's too strong-willed and wants to live on her own.

Today, the dam broke.

Two teenage girls broke into her house, threatened her with her cane, threw her into a chair next to the door, then ransacked her house. They made a call from her phone, then ripped it out of the wall. They tried to take her ring off her finger, but couldn't get it, so they told her "we'll be back for you tonight." All of this happened IN BROAD DAYLIGHT.

Needless to say, she's not going back to that house.

YOU DO NOT **** WITH TWITCH'S FAMILY. PERIOD. If I would have been there I would have done something I'd regret later.

You wouldn't regret doing it, and most juries would probably let you off with time served.

I hope all is well with your grandma, and that the intruders get what they deserve.

Any developments on this front?

Good morning, Lodge. The one bad thing about working from home: when the weather is like this, my apartment traps humidity and makes Kitler and myself unhappy. Ugh.

If Kitler is unhappy, isn't it a given that you will be unhappy? :p

It's "supposed" to be warm here today. But so far it's kinda chilly (for summer).

Kitler isn't unhappy in the whole "I'm going to vomit/claw Mrs. Jon's legs/ Destroy Jon's computer/ give Tim Army an extension" kind of way.

He's unhappy in the "I'm going to lie on the floor and look miserable" fashion.

It would be better if I hadn't spent 2 weeks in Iceland and Scotland where the weather never gets above 70.

So, called my friend Sallie again.
Got the same @*#&$(*&ing shpeal. Apparently PB's credit is still under review. Went back and forth with Diego about that for a while, and eventually said "I don't fking get why my credit was denied instantly, yet his has taken a week."
Diego then informed me that if I continued to use profane language, he was going to have to terminate the call. I then cried, but that didn't get me anywhere either. Tip on the iceberg? Last thing he said to me was "good luck in your studies."

WHAT STUDIES?!?!?!?

Also, Michigan Freaking Tech decided they needed to charge me $3000.10 for the classes I was registered for and attempted to drop the first day of Track A, but couldn't because of another hold on my account. Luckily, because of my attitude I got transferred by the b**ch to my really good friend's aunt, and she took care of the problem fully.
