negative. If a team loses a game, but then years later the game result is changed, Vegas doesn't change the status of the bet. Same result here.
But Sallie Mae sucks and the only way to deal with them is to yell and scream. I cussed a guy out there to the point I threatened to drive to Wilkes-Barre and find him.

That was what I did today. Very choice words were said, it was the first time I've ever been that mean to someone I didn't know. Felt pretty good, though.

Wow...last time I dealt with Sallie Mae I got so frustrated with the guy I asked what country was he in!? You could not understand him. I tried to consolidate my loans with them a few years back. They were all set to consolidate in October. I received a letter in September saying that they were no longer consolidating. Mr. wore Black is with them and hates them.

I've talked to four people thus far, the first 2 were foreign. One of them was the one that falsely told me I was approved for the loan.
The only particularly nice one I've had was a younger sounding man named Rich who helped me fourth.

when I dealt with them in January, they were telling me I was late with a loan payment. I told them I've paid the same amount since I graduated and the 6 month grace period ended. They said that they changed the amount I owed and emailed me the information. When I asked them the email address, it was wrong. They also said they mailed the info. I asked them the mailing address and it was wrong. They said it was my fault that my info was wrong and that they were turning my info over to a creditor unless i paid them like 480 bucks. I told the guy on the other end of the line there was no way in *k I was doing that and it was people like him that are causing our banks to fail and our country to be in the financial crisis that it is in. He repeated to me that I owed Sallie Mae 480 bucks. I began swearing at him and said I would find him in Wilkes-Barre to punch him in the face.
That got me a supervisor, who determined Sallie Mae was in error.

It will be worth it I'm sure but summer school is tough. I was out of sequence for my major and had to take a computer class and chemistry one summer and it burned me out big time.

Yeah - this has been tough. I've almost been in class non-stop since Martin Luther King Day (well, the Tuesday after it) - I had a week off for Spring Break in March, which I spent interning at home to rack up more hours for my grad school application.
