Wait, what? Wasn't he at the F5 tailgate? I sure as sh-t saw you drinking there.

He was not with me for the F5 tailgate. Mr. wore Black had classes and couldn't make it. That was Euro who I was hanging out with.

Good Afternoon, Lodge!

Dogsitting at my parents' house this weekend. Been here since Friday night, just now realized it was 55 in here... I'm so used to it being cold at the sorority (it's a huge freaking house) that I didn't think much of it.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #111: Filling in for the night shift

So, last night, I went to a party out in the middle of the woods. It was the "prom party", however the way it works up here is that it ends up being like 2/5 20-27 year olds who didn't do anything with their lives, 1/5 the "rough" high school crowd, 1/5 college students who are home on break and just want to see everyone they went to school with, and 1/5 actual prom-goers.
I decided to not drink (granted it was Leinenkugel Sunset Wheat Fruity Pebbles, the only beer I sort of like), because it was likely that the cops would show up eventually and sure enough...
There was a cute little fight, one girl who was turning 19 (graduated with me, but from the alternative, always in the rough crowd) beat the hell out of some random girl from Hancock (broke her nose, etc.) and the 5-0 was called.
Also, some random mom was out there drinking and had her 9 year old with her.
It was just really stupid. As I said in my FB status, I'm highly embarrassed for the current Cali High attendees.

Did you all toast the mom at midnight?

And did someone help her make a little sibling for her kid?

Afternoon, Lodge, and Happy Mother's Day to the moms, sons and daughters.

Hello Lodge

Last night was very, very fun. :)
Howdy Kids
Don't forget your mom:D

Made pancakes for the kids mom. I'm cooking up a storm today.
My mom is "vacationing" in a 3rd world country, and there is no way to get ahold of her. :p

There was a cute little fight and my mom got scared
She said 'You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in Bel Air'

I whistled for a cab and when it came near
The license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror
If anything I can say is that this cab was rare
But I thought 'Man forget it' - 'Yo home to Bel Air'

I pulled up to the house about seven or eight
And I yelled to the cabbie 'Yo homes smell ya later'
I looked to my kingdom
I was finally there
To sit on my throne as the Prince of Bel Air

FTFY.

Going to go check out a place to live for the summer, until this short sale gets figured out, this afternoon. I have another girl that wants me to see her place too, so hopefully I can work it out so I can see both of them this afternoon. Living in dinkytown with a couple college aged female roommates...could be interesting.

He's not married. Where's the trouble?

I see only opportunity. You can give pointers, they can give pointers. Maybe you make it a group lesson and all three can share.

And then after a couple weeks, we'll read about cops busting a "sex den" full of carnal knowledge, and accusations of running a brothel. And we'll all say, "Hey! That's bbdl!"

But bbdl is too cheap to pay for sex, and I don't think he's quite enough of an entrepreneur to run a brothel. :p

That won't stop the accusations. :p

Edit: I can see it now:

Neighbor: And sometimes, I swear I hear animal noises, too.

"She was living in a single room w/ 3 other individuals, one of them was a male, and the other two, well hell the other two were females. God only knows what they were up to in there, and furthermore Susan I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to learn that all four of them habitually smoked marijuana cigarettes..... reefers!"

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #111: Filling in for the night shift

I bought a cheap-o space heater today because I was tired of my apartment being cold while the weather outside figures out what its doing.

Downside to Apt living is they turn off the heat by Apr 1 (maybe earlier) regardless of the weather.

Not here! But, that's part of living in the UP I guess.
