I saw Neil Diamond on the Esplanade on the 4th of July last summer and now I remember -- he didn't sing Sweet Caroline as much as speak it. I love that he's wearing a Red Sox hat. :) But he only did one verse. Oh well. I guess they needed to show some commercials. I can go to bed now. Papelbon will be in in the 9th and I have no desire to see him cough up the lead again.

I'm sorry - did you miss all of last season, most specifically the Sox's last game of the year?? When he remained true to 2009 season form and coughed up the lead to end the Red Sox season??? I hope I was channeling Opposite Girl. We'll see, but the end of last season is still burned in my mind.

You should mock them because their batteries are made using dangerous chemicals in countries where the people look different from them.

I have nothing against fuel economy... I'm disappointed these "hybrids" aren't doing any better than cars from the 1980s. But, just like the "electron fairy" these guys can't remember that far back... I can and I was 8 in 1990.

Eh, Yankees lost, but we know we can spot the Sox 8 games and still win the division. 161 games left, not going to lose sleep over it.

Don't forget the ERA, WHIP, and possibly min innings, since I concentrated on pitching. I can pixk up a batter. Pitching is tougher to come by. :D

I think this was meant for me....:p
I have solid starting pitching, I think, its hard to know for sure at this point. I just don't have more than 1 good closer. I ended up picking up Octavio Dotel as a FA to be my second closer when I put Volquez on the DL. I don't have much faith in having a Pirates closer help me out. I'm hoping to find a closer at some point, I think I'll find someone. (I was hoping that Liriano would get the job, since I drafted him.

I didn't turn her down. I avoided the subject because she has a kid. Turns out her son and I have a lot in common...meaning I'm a huge child. :p

And I like jelly beans as much as the next guy, but I don't give two shytes about anyone's little "beliefs." Keep them to yourself. I do, however, appreciate the delicious irony that we eat deviled eggs on Easter.
