This post (and the training and the shovel) was paid for by the hard working people of MN.
I realize the two of you are joking but having worked for the state and for multiple private engineers firms I learned a lot more while working for the state. The reason is they suport training their employees while private engineering firms often don't support training because in the short term it costs money.
