Sear it - crispy outside / pink inside. It's properly cooked, yet all the juices / flavor are trapped inside like they are supposed to be without the risk of parasites, etc.

Edit: MEUSA: best legs and arse. Ever. She is one of the main proofs of why I'm an arse/leg man. :D

Big Boys are imploding and embarrassing me. Bag on head, sitting in the Hockey Sad Room wondering how you can give up 3 goals in less than 5 minutes. Stop playing like a set of Peewees:mad: (no offense to the Peewees)

Can't even have chocolate milk. Grr.

Back to the olympics.
