Rep Retirement #151: Stop Letting Baukin make polls!

Why would you do the same trip again? Why not try somewhere you haven't been before? Drive out to Yellowstone, hitting the badlands, black hills, bighorns, yellowstone, glacier and then drive back.

I've been to most of those, too. :p

There were a few places that we wanted to check out, but chose other spots instead. So, in essence, to answer your question why? Because f* you, that's why. :D

It is more than slightly amusing that you're already planning another vacation to the UP.

We're not planning. Just spitballing. I wouldn't mind an Appalachian-type trip, either, and I've never been there. It's all about Americana/kitsch/fabric of the nation. Not necessarily touristy stuff.

A while back, me and some friends were tossing around the idea of renting an RV and doing a Hall of Fame tour. Baseball, basketball, football, tennis, swimming, etc. We started joking about getting a sponsor or letting ESPN know. Get uniforms or jerseys or something. We had all these halls of fame and a route all planned out. It was a total pipe dream but it really could have been a lot of fun.

That's what this will probably end up being, due to differing schedules and all. Still fun to talk about. :) The HOF tour does sound interesting, though.

And wedding pics are up on my page thanks to Yager (some en route pics are also up, that I took).

I could see HOF, or maybe the Tour de NHL Arenas. Of course, if you're doing that long of a trip, you might just want to buy the RV ;)

(You'd also want to finish it quickly, before PHX gets moved :o)

Its a long jaunt from the other HOF's to Eveleth, MN.

Plus if they're lucky, they can get an up-close look at the inevitable eruption of that super volcano.

I would love to see more stuff on the Superior side of the UP. Or maybe even do the Circle Tour of Lake Superior. I need a North Shore trip as well.
