Home from church on a gorgeous morning in Denver. Not a cloud in the sky and temps are heading to the mid 70s this afternoon. Just about to sit down to a breakfast of hazlenut coffee, morning glory muffins from Whole Foods and bacon and eggs.

This afternoon I'm heading to a favorite golf course for my annual "friendly" match with a good buddy, with one hundred dollars hanging in the balance. Thirty dollars for low score on the fron nine, thirty dollars for low score on the back nine, forty dollars for low overall score for eighteen holes. We also throw in a fifty dollar bonus for breaking seventy-five for the round. If we both break seventy-five the lower score wins the fifty dollars.

It's always fun and, more often than not, we manage to play decent golf. Hope everybody enjoys their Sunday. :)

****! I came into the office today to finish something up that's due tomorrow. One of the Principals here was to get me a cost estimate that has to be filled into one blank leading to payback period and ROI for this project. No estimate on my desk, in my email or on his desk, no voice mail message on my phone. Wasted ****ing trip into the office and the air is not on on Sunday.:mad: :mad:

Short trip, going home now. :mad:

if there's one thing I'm going to be supremely happy about is that my job won't call me in on the weekends and won't have me on a cellphone tether... that'd drive me nuts.

Weather outside my window is starting to get ugly. I wonder how long before storms interrupt the PGA Championship.

mookie is very confused this day.... walking around manchester he saw a number of chinese children. he waits around to get a look at the mommys... but instead sees rather ordinary white women:eek: . people that come vacatoin here seem to head overseas to adopt their daughters.

let's just say i am NOT a fan. the let down is too much to take.

Why would anyone vacation in Manchester? Shouldn't that tell you everything you need to know about the mommys?:p

If you go back in 18-20 yrs you can see how the Chinese daughters turned out? :confused:

I have bruises all over 1 leg, and don't know why.

I thought that kind of thing stopped once I hit my 30's. :confused:
