Eighty-one is the square of 9 and the fourth power of 3. Like all powers of three, 81 is a perfect totient number. It is a heptagonal number and a centered octagonal number. It is also a tribonacci number, and an open meandric number. 81 is the ninth member of the Mian-Chowla sequence.

I don't mind taking the bullet for this one. The Lodge can't stay closed for a half hour during prime time posting hours.

Tonight's repeat of "Three Sheets" is at St Martin.
French Mojito:

2 ounces White Rum
ounce Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Sugar
6 whole Mint Leaf
2 tblspns brown sugar
Champagne

Muddle mint leaves, add the rest of the ingredients except champagne, strain. Add champagne to the strained mixture. Drink.
