I'm guessing that its the best QU could do for a lone non-conference game. Would rather play Colgate than any Atlantic Hockey team and they are not flying anywhere west for a single game and no one out west would do the same either.

We did this with Gate a few years ago. It was ghastly. I guess the idea was to throw a sop to the LI alumni. An unpleasant time was had by all.

Sorry to hear that I was thinking of going to the game if it was on a Sat or Sunday. I will probably still so and hope for a better experience.

Good idea for the hockey rink, but since the arena also has a basketball court, I feel like it shouldn't be so sport-specific. Also, we've called it The Bank for 10 years now, no need to change if it's still a bank.

Any idea when tickets will go on sale for the Nassau Coliseum game?

I think it’s technically a Colgate home game so maybe check their website. That being said QU Alumni typically try to host events at these types of games so Qu might get a block of tickets or possibly have a section. Don’t think it will sell out and hope it’s cheaper than Harvard was at MSG a couple years ago. ....and they play again 5 days later.

It's not a Colgate home game. Its a neutral site game.

True, what I meant was I think it was a Colgate scheduling as a host. Don’t think QU went to Colgate and asked if they wanted to play in Long Island :). But it is a neutral so probably Ticketmaster or Nassau box office for tickets. Maybe some attempt to draw Colgate Alums and donors from the Island. Not that QU won’t take advantage of the same. Can’t wait for October!
