He also called our goalie "Troy Grozeniak" instead of Troy Grosenick. And he called Shane Gostisbehere "Shane Grostisbehere." Oh well.

Barry has always been a giant tool bag!!! I remember clearly when St. Lawrence made it to the Frozen Four back in 2000 a group of Saints fans had a giant sign that said something along the lines of "Hello ESPN". Barry thought it would be clever to take a jab at us and say "Oh nice to know they have Cable all the way up in Canton, NY". Yeah, bite me Barry! :rolleyes: :p

I felt that entire telecast was embarrassing. Of course it was awesome seeing Quinnipiac announced as the #1 overall seed in the nation and seeing the entire team in studio, but the overall lack of prep work from all the talent on that broadcast was embarrassing. The only man that seemed like he knew anything about the team was Steve Levy, and even he asked pretty generic questions. But the mispronunciations and overall generic comments about Q by all of the commentators was just bad. You would think that for a national selection show broadcast those guys would do a tad more research about the team that was clearly going to be the #1 overall seed.

Anywho, A.C. was fun, but I am real pumped about Providence. In now way will I be taking this Canisius team lightly. They will be ready to go, and Quinnipiac better be prepared.

So awesome seeing Quinnipiac as the No. 1 team in the entire country. Amazing.

Congrats to the entire team on this amazing accomplishment. Now let's get to Pittsburgh!

This couldn't have worked out better. Saturday/Sunday schedule instead of the Friday one and Providence a half hour from my house.

Quinnipiac is having a conference call about tickets this morning. They should have something on the site later today. I bet each school gets at least a 2,000 ticket allotment. Canisius probably won't use full allotment being based in Buffalo giving more to Quinnipiac and BC.

Called the box office and was told they might not have anything up until tomorrow. :(

That sucks. Tickets are on sale but I'd rather get them through the school's allotment and sit with students and alumni.

My feelings exactly. TicketMaster, both online and by phone, is all automated purchasing... not selection outside of UPPER or LOWER level.
