Going with the fella and his two youngins. Row A Just to the left of the QU bench (I think Aisle 9) Tickets are still available online with a will call pick up if you don't want to trek down there. Will have to bring out the Pink and Black again... it seems to be getting the job done this season.

Early in the season to start talking about that. With that being said historically the ECAC teams always seem to choke in the NCAA tournament. If Quinnipiac continues playing like this into the NCAA though, I don't think any team would want to play them in March

Thanks Fred! These were great for those of us who could not make it. However hopefully these you and other fellow athletic dept types that you really need to shoot these in HD.

I know we'd all like to think so, but probably not... at least yet. As JimRoz said, recently even the creme of the crop from the ECAC usually does not fare well in the NCAAs. On top of that, this is such a young team, and lets face it, ECAC playoffs are one thing to have experience in, but the national stage is a whole new beast.

Yes, anything could happen, but I think we gotta really keep expectations in check even after this incredible start.

Will be interested to see the new rankings shortly.

And speaking of rankings, INCH has QU as the number 4 team in the nation now! Wow!

Dear Q fans,

Congrats on first-place votes and a 4th ranking.

I guess it says a lot about both our teams, that Q beating UMass in such a close game rocketed you guys into the top 5. See you in March. ;)

#4 Wow. Who would have thought that this team picked #11 in preseason polls, would ever get this high in the national rankings. Tremendous job by the players in coaching staff. Now the true challenge begins, as the team needs to continue to play 1 game at a time and not worry about all the accolades they are receiving

Not quite as high over at USAToday... they have us 6th with 1 first place vote. Still pretty respectable and awesome! :cool:

For sure... kudos to Coach Pecknold and his entire staff. Let's not forget all the support people as well. I know someone in the family wants to make sure Coach B gets recognition for all he's done for the team. ;)

And to the players who are getting it done: outstanding accomplishment!

I saw a bright glow in the sky eminating from the Bank on my way home tonight and I'm guessing it's Jack beaming like a proud papa! :cool:

This is huge for the entire Quinnipiac community!

So true. There's still a ton of hockey left to be played, starting with another huge game Friday at Ingall's. The guys need to stay focused and skate hard.

Bobcats and Bulldogs (sounds like it could be a Disney classic!). Keep the momentum going. The Bobcat Express is on a roll! :cool:
