What an impressive effort by your boys tonight. Not only handily beating Princeton but chasing Kalemba out of the net along the way. I was really impressed with some of your Freshman, particularly Langlois and Barron who both had outstanding games. Clarke looks very solid in net and of course as an SLU fan we have a soft spot in our hearts for him being Dale Clarke's brother.

Good luck Saturday and I am sure it will be a Happy Thanksgiving for all you Q Pac fans!!!

I like the sound of that...maybe USCHO will let us change our names at some point. Great meetin ya Crits and hope to see you around the Bank in the near future.

Also nice meetin Kitten and her fella. It's great to start putting faces to all the names.

Quinnipiac played a solid, and at times, an explosive game against Princeton. The power play in the second period was spectacular.

Clark was very solid in goal, and the freshman players seem to be getting better every game. Langlois is going to be a special player.

I left to go out for the night and QU was struggling in the 1st period. I get back in they win 5-1. This team is clicking on all cylinders, it so exciting to see! I can't wait to see how they match-up with a top notch Hockey East team on Saturday. Go Bocbats! Happy thanksgiving! :D

tomorrow is a big game. Sure its out of conference, but it is a true test and should QU keep its run going, this game will be important, if only for seeding purposes.

As an aside, if anyone reading this is vacationing or lives in South Florida, I am setting up a watch party for tomorrow. Let me know if you're interested!

Seeding purposes?? Yikes, let's not get that far ahead of ourselves -- we've played UNDER a third of a season.

Good luck not watching the game alone -- South Florida, what a college hockey hotbed that must be!

Well I said if QU keeps it up...if they don't it is of no purpose...but as of right now they would be in most likely and if they beat UMass, it is huge should they be on the bubble/win the conference/get an at large. You have to look at every game as a big one with a budding program like QU.

Kinda late to be asking this, but I assume tickets will be available at the door for the slackers (i.e. me) who don't have them yet. Is this a good assumption?

Yes.

Students are on break, so the chances of selling out are minute, to put it nicely.

If, by some freak of nature, they do sell out, they still pack standing room in -- the barn seats 3200, but I think they jammed 4400 into the building last year for the Yale game. They pretty much never lock the doors, as far as I can tell.

This afternoon should be a good, hard fought game. Both teams have speed and UMass has a size advantage. As usual, it will take a complete effort by the guys as there's very little margin for error against the Minutemen.

I'll take Q 4-3. See everyone at the Bank!

That game was absolutely incredible. A lesser team would have lost that when they blew the three goal lead. One grit and character showed today. This team is something special. Let's keep the magic going Q :D

Great game this afternoon! UMass battled back but the Bobcats had enough in the tank to get the W. Big win for you guys.
