Worked backstage Friday night when Cena won when Orton was DQ'ed. Of course, the belt can't change hands on a disqualification. :rolleyes:

What a hoot watching the post-match fist bumps and high fives and the blow-by-blow analysis by the combatants and the producer.

Per r/squaredcircle, Punk off TV indefinitely. Apparently combination of fatigue and frustration at there being no room for him to climb the card.

He's one of the only guys worth a damm. Not sure why Batista gets to walk in and get anything he wants without having to earn it. Glad the fans agreed at the Rumble and on Raw this week.

Punk has evidently left WWE. WWE giving him the Benoit treatment removing his DVDs/merch.

All-hands creative meetings Thursday and Friday. "Nothing is sacred" in terms of currently existing storylines.

So if Punk is gone then I'm pretty much giving up on WWE again. Punk and Bryan were pretty much the only reasons to watch for me.

I feel for a guy like Punk. He busts his butt the whole year only for guys like Batista to take the top spot for 2 months and disappear after Mania. I understand trying to draw people from the past, but holy cow. The WWE complains that they have no new stars. Here's a thought. Build some up. Do they not hear the crowd pops for Bryan, Ziggler and others? If you bring someone in, have a guy like Bryan, Ziggler or someone that you want to push beat a guy like Batista or whoever they bring in. I can't even be too mad at Cena because at least he's there the whole time. It's these part-timers that steal spots that annoy me.

Correct. No matter how much people hate Cena he works his *** off the entire year.

Exactly, they've had enough guys that can become stars but they've never really given them the chance. What I don't get is the huge push for Batista, I wouldn't consider him a big star. Certainly not bigger than somebody like Punk.

It could be because he's got a movie coming out this Summer.... He's starring in Marvel's GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY... You would want to have him be prominent within the WWE leading up to that, not buried somewhere mid-card... Doesn't mean he has to be shoved down our throats and catapulted to the tippy-top, but I'm sure that is probably playing a factor...
