No kidding! DL, you weren't honestly surprised by Cena or Rock winning, were you? Its been well known for nearly a year that it was going to be Cena vs. Rock 2 at this year's Wrestlemania.

But that's basically my point. Once Cena won the Rumble, everyone on the planet thought "oh I wonder what'll happen in the main event." Did Cena really need to win the Rumble? He was ALREADY scheduled to fight Rock at WrestleMania.

Exactly. They could have had anybody else win the Rumble and still had Cena fight Rock for the WWE Title. Just say "hey...you can only challenge Del Rio." They could have used the Rumble to turn Orton heel...or put over Rhodes...or ANYTHING!
