The win against Adrian had to be the biggest defensive effort by the Cadets this season. Although Tommy Aubrun played very well, his team mates blocked many shots, clogged the passing lanes and cleared quite a few pucks. At the same time they had enough energy to produce a wonderful offense that got the one extra goal to win the game. Best game this season so far especially with so many veterans out with injuries. Again this year, Norwich has depth and plenty of talent. Congrats to the coach and team.

Well that was strange, the second period was the best Plattsburgh looked in two days, still down by 2, 3-1.

Aside from the first five minutes I'd say Plattsburgh has carried the play. They've had a ton of great chances and just missed the net or had a puck roll off the stick, hit the post or Entmaa has made a great save.
This is Division 3 in 2018. There are 40+ good teams and almost every night teams that traditionally are "powers" are going to lose games. The gap between the top tier and team 40 gets smaller and smaller every year.

Prez, we must have been watching two different games. P'burg looked good in the second, but not at all in the first. They looked good in the first five of the third but then either ran out of gas or just had no answer to the bulldog's game.

Maybe the problem with Plattsburgh is that they lost the Cardinal on their uniform. What's up with that? No Burghy on the front, makes the uniform look bland and weak. I have been a Norwich fan for over 20 years now, but grew up in Plattsburgh and lived there through my mid 20's. I loved watching their games and had a lot of pride in the Cardinals. Not the same team, not the same look, even though it's the same coach. I can't believe they don't have a thread on this forum anymore! Come on Plattsburgh, you can't all be too old already if I am not!

Working fine for me. Got it linked up well with the NSN stream.

Looked like the Panthers were going to tie it up in that scramble.

I called WDEV, they inadvertantly shut off the feed, but put it back on prior to the opening face off.
