Impeachment is NOT the process of overturning an election. These hearings need to be on a delay and every time some fvcking republican says that, bleep it out.

It plays with their boobs. They think they're victims, or patriots, or something. They have no idea they're saps serving traitors.

I still say when Republican voters finally figure it out there won't be enough trees for all the Republican Members, pundits, and enablers.

That sets up an intra party civil war between the fat cat donor with no electoral experience or roots in the nutter community that the governor just appointed to the Senate seat vs a bona fide Trump loon. There's gonna be hard feeling all around once that primary is over which only benefits whoever the Dems nominate (Ossoff maybe? Not sure who else is running).

Yeah...Turley is the guy in class who thinks if he speaks authoritatively and brings up quotes to back him up it means his point is correct and matters. I have had plenty of professors like that.

See the reason Nadler and his crew suck is Turley gave them the opening to destroy his argument and they didnt take it. All they had to do was pelt him questions about what it means to the "abuse of the process" if the people whining about "Due Process" are the ones obstructing the process. He wants factual witnesses before Impeachment...the side he is defending is denying those witnesses. You would think members of Judiciary would be better at cross-examination. Schiff and his cadre would have destroyed that guy.

If there are they are in hiding. They would never show their face in Capetown and they would be lynched in Johannesburg.

People like Rhodes though do have statues around but they are reviled and are used as teaching tools not as any point of pride.

Turley answered that question, though. He said that he believes that they need to wait for the 3rd branch of government to decide on the witnesses. Thus, the House is hamstrung until Trump is done appealing all the way to the Supreme Court where he will get his remedy or Roberts will pretend to save his legacy.

This is why the right has been in pack the courts mode for the last 30 years. And Dems just sat around and watched them do it.

So Turley doesnt understand how the constitution works? Good thing he teaches that at GW.

I get circles are easy for morons to understand, but circular arguments arent correct arguments.

the best is they had 4 witnesses, 3 said it met the standard and 1 didnt. Turley is the 1 Dentist who wont recommend Dentyne :D

This is why, during Kavanaugh's hearings, I commented that his biggest value to dump was not limiting or overturning R v W, but supporting presidential power, even if that sword cuts both ways.

It doesn’t though. These ****s will have no problem 14 months from now, making the exact OPPOSITE ruling against President Warren.
