Jesus we dont need to the history of Nixon...ask questions of the witnesses! Collins and Lofgren need to be told this isnt closing arguments.

I also hear them (Republicans) today arguing about wanting fact witnesses at this hearing. And whining that they're not getting them. The Clinton impeachment hearings run by the Republicans in the Judiciary committee of the House had zero fact witnesses.

They just can never ever ever not be hypocrites about everything. It's crazy.

Well sure, there are lovely parts of the world for the Beverly Hillbillies to visit. Northern England, Alberta, Switzerland, etc. That fascist guy in Hungary probably sounds pretty good translated into English, too. ;)

You know what would help...letting the fact witnesses talk ;)

John King just said what I was thinking "What does it tell you if the Republican witness isnt saying 'The President is innocent' he is saying 'dont rush this take time and do more investigating'". The GOP is stonewalling, then using the stonewall as a reason why the system isnt fair.

They should open up an Apartheid Park in SA. You know, nostalgia. With platinum membership there's no waiting in line to electroshock the ANC member.

Having just been there...I have to say (and this has zero to do with your point just always like bringing this up) one of the most amazing things was how up front they are about what they did and how stupid it was whether it was the government or just the average bus driver. Now to be fair I was in Capetown mostly but still...they dont (pardon the pun) white wash history they talk about it openly, teach it and make sure everyone understands why it was wrong.

You should be rooting for Collins. The more he licks Chump's boots, amongst other things, at these hearings, the more likely he jumps into the Senate race in GA with Trump's blessing. That sets up an intra party civil war between the fat cat donor with no electoral experience or roots in the nutter community that the governor just appointed to the Senate seat vs a bona fide Trump loon. There's gonna be hard feeling all around once that primary is over which only benefits whoever the Dems nominate (Ossoff maybe? Not sure who else is running).

I'll bet there's a ton of butt hurt Afrikaners out there, the same as our "Sons of the South." I'm sure they think the clubs used to murder Steve Biko were "heritage, not hate!"
