He just basically admitted guilt. If he knows of a RICO list, then he knows of people that are guilty. And didn't report them. IMO anyway.

Wouldn’t a former officer of the law have a duty to release evidence and not hide it? (For personal gain?)

If you go by the aggregate yes. Since the hearings are done now it isnt that big of a deal despite what some will tell you. The House will be done with it by Christmas then Mitch can decide how he wants brush it under the rug. He has to play it right or the numbers will blow up in his face.

The news shows this morning were not helpful. I don't see the needle moving at all. Hurd's decision pretty much put a nail in that coffin.
