Re: POTUS: A Sharpie Is Always Needed

Trump to unveil his proposed budget Monday.

How does a guy who is lazy, doesn't read, doesn't prepare, has the attention span of a knat, operates totally in the present, and doesn't trust anybody but his own moron kids even propose a budget? Does he request turn-key product from The ______ Club?

His first inclination is to have his staff contact Budget Rent-A-Car because budgeting is in its name. Then his staff sent it out to some donors to get their input, a few senators to get theirs, and then he asks if it’ll make him look orange. If they answer negative to the orange question they take it to the public.

Pretty much. From the article (which I know is paywalled, but I used up a free visit or two this month for it) says:
Presidential budgets are an annual tradition that spell out the White House’s vision for the government. Congress often casts many of the ideas aside, but the documents are supposed to serve as the opening offer for budget negotiations later in the year.
...
That has led to some dejection among career officials at agencies and within the White House Office of Management and Budget, who are forced to devote enormous time and attention to developing a budget document they know Congress will largely reject, according to several people with knowledge of internal administration dynamics who spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe them.
Basically, Trump just spouts off what he wants or is asked leading questions, and the White House OMB has to take his notes, add Stephen Miller's ideas, decipher them, and turn them into a workable document only to have both Nancy Pelosi AND Mitch McConnell torpedo it before the ink is dry.

*edit* And then there is this at the end of the article:
Leaked audio from a dinner the president attended in January with donors at Mar-a-Lago, his private resort in Florida, captured the president brushing aside those who are critical of rising defense and federal spending as part of the growing national debt. “Who the hell cares about the budget? We’re going to have a country,” the president said.

Obama won an Oscar. Get the tweeter machine ready

Edit- there’s disagreement on this, doesn’t matter. The headlines alone will set off the toddler

I think the rally is a big F you to Biden. Bernie has the second smallest arena in NH(where UNH plays.)

"A really boring deal going on"? What does that mean, other than that he has a limited vocabulary of which to make use?

He's gaining. Half of this nation should be shot into the sun.
Acquittal in the Senate, record-setting market optimism, game show style State of the Union, and the Democrats’ colossal caucus cockup can almost bounce him to 50% approval... this is the absolute best imaginable scenario and he still loses to any breathing candidate. We are 100% voting this guy out.

You're assuming he (The Orange Baboon) doesn't just say, "The election has irregularities. I need to stay President till this all gets sorted out".
