Every diplomat we have in Israel is in danger because the President insisted on making Jerusalem the capital by decree. If any American dies due to the violence that will surely happen it's on him.

We don’t need diplomats though, just ask Rex. They’re wimpy little biatches. The military is all we need.

I posted the private spy stuff yesterday but think everyone missed it arguing over comey and Flynn. Talk about a disaster for military and diplomats.

Well it is, isn't it? Israel says it's their capital by the oldest right in the book - conquest.

But...

Wishing doesn't make it so. Congress has to appropriate money to move the embassy to Jerusalem. No appropriation, no move.

Just as technology is making brick and mortar schools obsolete, why can't technology make the need for an ambassador obsolete, too? We can phone, Skype, etc. just about everywhere on the planet. Why do we need a huge staff in every country to represent the USA when I can keep a smaller group in Foggy Bottom?

If you need an on-site presence, no place is more than a 2 day trip via a fast jet.

As was stated this morning on many talk shows. If the US is going to do something like that they need to get something out of it. This is something the right in Israel has wanted for a long time and negotiated nothing in giving it and put our people in danger.

Trump is the stupidest man alive. He confirms that Charisma is the only attribute that matters when running for President. Intelligence and Wisdom are not needed.

I am Pro-Israel and I think this is an awful idea. I mean I know Trump needs his World War cause he has a tiny dick and is staring down the barrel of Obstruction charges but this would be a bad move in a video game let alone real life. But hey the GOP has never cared about the lives of anyone who is more than one tax bracket below them so I guess I shouldnt be surprised.

I sincerely thought Flaggy was more of a libertarian in terms personal freedom and what not. Now it's obvious that he's just a fascist who didn't like Obama.

I disagree. I’m in distance learning at Northwestern right now and it’s not the same. Id have a much better experience if I was in person at least part of the time.
There’s a difference between having an efficient staff and having nothing.

But if there's one thing the GOP understands, it's that sometimes it's necessary for us to have a diplomatic presence in a dangerous and risky city, and if something happens to that mission it's a risk fo the job, and it doesn't make sense to hold 50 different investigations on it.
