But that implies that the president can pardon anyone related to an investigation of him, which would naturally shut them up. Which leaves whatever law the president broke completely legal.

That hardly seems legal to me. The excuse that the president is above the law is BS, IMHO.

It is however, legal. Trump could preemptively pardon anyone that Mueller speaks to.

Apparently the Founding Fathers were aware that preemptive presidential pardons could be used to protect a president and some argued against giving the President said power. It eventually was kept as they felt that impeachment was the remedy. One could seemingly argue that despite their wisdom and foresight, the Founding Fathers could not have envisioned a Trump.

Watching a typical Tchump weasel on CNN referring to Tchump as a, "blue collar President" is absolutely priceless.

Funny how a guy who was born with a golden spoon shoved up is rear is "Blue Collar" and the guy who was born with simple means, with his dad leaving him, and also having the advantage (not) of being a minority is some how elitist. How did this world get to this position?
