If there was something I could do to change things in this country I certainly would. I vote for both democrats and republicans but certainly don’t love either party. Neither one reflects my views or values.

U.S. — Special Counsel Robert Hur will not recommend charges for Biden's mishandling of classified documents on the grounds that he's too old and senile to stand trial.

"I mean, seriously, have you seen that guy?" said Hur to reporters. "I tried to ask him questions and he attempted to put my notepad in his mouth. The dude is totally zonked out for sure. I mean, we all knew this, right?"

In spite of the report detailing Biden's late-stage dementia, the Special Counsel confirmed Biden is just fine to continue running the country. "Oh yeah, that's no problem," he said. "You heard the Press Secretary. He's so active and alert no one can keep up with him! Impressive!"

When reporters approached the President for a statement, Biden responded by attempting to put the microphone in his mouth.
 
What's also fascinating is how Deep State investigators consistently come up with borderline psychic determinations as to why the Democrat targets of their investigations should not stand trial before a jury of their peers for their crimes:

2016: James Comey (DS-FBI) concludes that while "there is evidence that (Hils & Co.) were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information" ... channeling his his inner Kreskin, he then concludes with the infamous "our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case". LOL.

2024: Robert Hur (DS-DOJ) concludes that while "President Magoo willfully retained and disclosed classified military and national security information" ... again, going all Kreskin, he concludes "“at trial, (Magoo) would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory". LOL

There must be some magical properties in the water running through the Potomac. And to think, Dems will swear on a stack of Bibles (which BTW mean zero to them) that "Honest, everyone, the system's not rigged??" LOLOLOLOLOL what a joke ...

At publishing time, Republicans had drafted a resolution in support of the President's call for the President to step down.

In that case, I trust you will use your vote to ensure that the least harm is done and that you will advocate vigorously against those most likely to do harm. And that's a no-brainer if there has ever been one. Be sure to stay in Maine so you can vote, though.
 
That's the thing. I'm not a Democrat. I'm not sure where my feelings on this or that topic actually are, and I assume that they don't line up all that well with the DNC.


However, we have a choice between "yeah I sorta agree on some things, strongly on others, and disagree on many more" and "these people are fascists".

I vote blue because the R's are lunacy, even on things that I lean towards their side on (like Gun Rights).

But it's also an environment where you CAN NOT be in the middle of any one subject. Here on this board, I'm considered an A-hole because I believe in keeping hunting firearms easily accessible and in the hands of those that use them responsibly. Things become "All or nothing". That's what things have dissolved down to.

Definitely not. Legit hunting weapons that hold a legit amount and type of ammunition for hunting are just fine*.


*do not, under any circumstances, read this just to mean that we'll be coming for those in round 2.
 
One round at a time in a rifle for hunting. Six rounds in a pistol for self defense.

The rest are WMD and nobody, including cops, should have them except soldiers tasked with fighting off the other guy's soldiers.

As much as I’ve posted about magazine and rate limits, I’m ok with 2-3 in a bolt action magazine. Even though one of those was used to assassinate a President. Have to give a concession to those who can’t shoot.

6 rounds at a slow rate.
