CNBC simulcast (XM radio) sounded just as confused, but assumed that allows FEMA to assist and gives additional assistance to health departments.

Honestly I only read a couple of threads there and take frequent breaks. I like enjoying my teams even if they suck I dont need that level of negativity.

I think it releases automatic funding. The states have been begging him to do it but he didn't want to be embarrassed for calling it a hoax.

Ahh. I've only viewed a few times, and from the looks of it I'm not sure I'm missing much. :)

As for GPL there is some negativity to be sure, but I have a few of the Debbie Downers on ignore so it's not all bad.
