There are a lot of unique factors that I don't think can be replicated in other countries to come close to what he did.

In how many countries does an already famous internet troll have the means to (initially) bankroll a presidential run? And then continuing to act like a troll in all facets doesn't disqualify them? Add in the fact that US national news is essentially world news and that's an even larger presence.

If the president of Estonia suddenly started acting like Trump over Twitter, I don't think she would garner the same attention.

I guess there is the generation divide on technology that prohibits this, but at the same time, there are future world leaders in their 30's who will see what Dump did here and mold it to fit their needs... This is gonna be like statistical analysis in baseball... The A's were the 1st to use it, but the methods have been manipulated, honed, and evolved so now that you can't make it if you are NOT doing it.

You can't unring the bell here...

Daniel Goldman says taking privileged resolution to the floor presents constitutional issues. And certainly no way it could get a conviction. No opportunity for the president to defend himself. Interesting.
