luckily for him the plant is located in the heart of Dump country in Maine (located in a poor rural county that was the _only_ county in Maine that Obama didn't win a majority of votes in, and now is probably the most pro-Trump county in Maine)

This is also one of two factories in the world that make the nasopharyngeal swabs for the Covid test. This company is getting a boat load of money from the government to setup a second factory in Pittsfield, Maine in an old factory that made alarm systems (was GE, then UTC, then closed 5 or so years ago). Bath Iron Works is building some of the machinery for the new plant. While this is going on, one owner of the company is suing the other owner (they are cousins).

I think I heard Obama and Pence want to come to Minneapolis sometime soon...city officials seem to think having Pence here might cause some issues. Cant imagine why ;)

This says sad things about Americans more than it says anything about trump. We'll see in November but my God are Americans dumb. That poll after poll showed his voters were all in even as recently as when the coronavirus really started to go south tells you that much at least. Maybe after 110,000 dead Americans from COVID-19 and the horrific pictures of the last dozen days really are an inflection point for some of the deplorables, I don't know. God I sure hope so.

I do believe if you are a person of color who can still vote for trump you are certifiably nuts and are probably a danger to yourself or others.

He will still get 50 million votes. He could put the ovens on the National Mall and he'd get 50. Maybe that would push it to 51.

One third of Americans are fascists. One third of every population are likely fascists if given somebody to look down on and torment. There is a problem in ape brains.
