Don't kid yourself. Once you slide down to the enlisted ranks, they're solidly rural, corn-fed, and Republican. The commissioned officer corps may be more politically diverse.

24% are black. And the black ex-mils I work with hate the GOP even more than I do.

On the job they do what their CO says who does what his CO says and on up. Hopefully they always will. Unless it's something insane like firing on Americans in which case there are safeguards that allow them to legally defy orders.

For once Kep is actually right on something.

Mostly.

The Marine Corps is pretty far right but it is small.

The Air Force? Well let’s just say it’s a miracle any of those planes fly considering they’re mostly made up of right wings.

The Army and Navy though? The huge minority presence definitely shifts things a bit.

Thank you Dump. Your lying about testing has further destroyed the nation and it's people. I have to pray Minnesota can do this alone with the Federal Government taking it's resources away and being a burden during this difficult time.

I pray before I die we actually will have a Federal Government that serves it's people. All of them. Not just the few you serve.
